The Youth Development Organization engages its students by providing academic programs outside of their regular school day. Taught mostly by students from different independent schools, including Phillips Academy and Cambridge College, the programs allow children to tap their fullest potential by providing deeper, yet creative and fun, academic challenges through the following programs:
