Students at Phillips Academy Andover volunteer their time to teach YDO students in 13 different subjects. Excluding Piano, each project engages 3-10 volunteers and 6-15 YDO students. YDO programs are in incredibly high demand by Phillips students; every year 80-100 different students participate. Sadly, the programs are so popular, most have to turn away a couple of volunteers each term.
