YDO students in 7th and 8th grade participate in a five-week summer academic enrichment program at Pingree School in South Hamilton, MA. Much like YDO, the Prep@Pingree program invites students to work hard and play hard. Classes in Math, English, History, and Engineering are complemented with weekly field trips and activities. YDO kids especially enjoy testing themselves at Project Adventure, splashing their way down the Ipswich River in canoes as well as traveling to the Kennedy Museum.
