Jasmine De La Cruz
Associate Director of Operations
Jasmine joined YDO as a student her 4th grade year in 2011 & grew up with YDO. She participated in many arts classes including dance, creative writing, theater, & Performing Project.
She was a Youth staff for YDO summer, where she taught a variety of classes including debate, forensics, anatomy, and creative writing. She eventually joined the summer executive team where she shadowed the Co-directors for a summer and became a Co-Director of YDO summer the following year.
After her time at YDO, Jasmine attended and graduated in May of 2023 from Southern New Hampshire University, with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and a concentration in childhood & adolescent development. During her time at SNHU, she worked at the office of diversity programs for 2 years, participated in club volleyball all four years of college, and became the club president her Senior year. Jasmine also worked in Applied Behavioral Analysis as a Behavioral Technician during the summers.
Upon graduating from SNHU, she worked as an Intake Coordinator, matching clients with their therapists. The YDO team welcomed her back 6 months later as a full time staff member. Jasmine is very dedicated to working closely with YDO kids, volunteers, & staff to make sure programming runs smoothly.
