Our 2025 Impact Report

In 2025, we raised the bar higher again, serving over 750 individual students. We created more than 100 youth jobs to help deliver afterschool and summer programs. And, we saw 58% of YDO Kids take part in both STEM and Arts classes throughout the program year.
At YDO, students are invited to grow up in our programs; to progressively build skills in STEM and develop creative interests; to partner with us in planning for their futures; and to step into leadership roles that create opportunities for the younger Lawrencians following their example.
This report features quotes from four alumni whose experiences embodied the YDO Approach for long-term engagement. We thank them for sharing their reflections! Finally, we are incredibly grateful to all of the students, staff, volunteers, and donors who made 2025 such a success!
