High School and college students with myriad talents lead a mix of visual and performing arts programs during out-of-school time.

Without a staff of professional arts instructors, YDO empowers its high school and college students to take the lead and share their talents with the younger kids.

This approach has allowed YDO to develop a series of programs, operating more like clubs than rigorous courses, that give students opportunities to explore different media and find their own passions for creativity.
